Delete your Cardy account
You can close your account at any time, from the app or by writing to us. Here is how, and what happens next.

From the app
- Open Cardy and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen and confirm.

By email or WhatsApp
No access to the app? Write to info@cardyiq.com or message us on WhatsApp from the phone number on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it is you, then close the account within 30 days.
What happens next
- You are signed out and the account can no longer be used.
- Your phone number stays reserved to the closed account. To come back later, contact support and we reopen it.
- Visit, payment and settlement records are kept so venue settlements and your receipts stay accurate. Financial records are kept for the period Iraqi law requires.
- Unused points are not refunded or paid out in cash.
- Want your personal data erased too? Ask at info@cardyiq.com and we erase everything we are not legally required to keep, within 30 days.
