You set the price
Pick a point price for each visit type. A gym session, a court hour and a pool entry can all be priced differently, and busy hours differently from empty ones. Change it whenever you like.

The member opens the app and scans your printed QR code. No hardware to buy, no terminal, no training. A visit counts the moment it is scanned, and one cancelled in its first seconds is voided.

Visits accumulate against your balance. Cardy pays out in batches, in cash, with a settlement report for every batch so you can check the numbers yourself.

- You set a point price per visit type, and Cardy pays you a fixed rate per point, settled in cash.

Will this eat into my memberships?
The people Cardy sends are not people who were going to buy a year with you. They are the ones who never would. Your own memberships and prices are untouched, and if you want, you can sell those memberships through Cardy too.
What if someone scans and changes their mind?
A visit counts the moment it is scanned. The member gets a few seconds to cancel a mistaken scan, and a visit cancelled in that window is voided before it reaches your balance.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Cardy prints you a QR sheet to put up at reception. The member scans it with their own phone. If you would rather scan them, the dashboard does that from any browser.
Who deals with the money?
Cardy does. Members pay Cardy, Cardy pays you in batches in cash, and every batch comes with a report. You never invoice a member and never chase anyone.
